Privacy Notice
Pursuant to art. 13 Reg. (EU) no. 2016/679 and D. Lgs. 30 june 2003 no. 196 and subsequent amendments and additions
Pursuant to Article 13 of EU Regulation No. 2016/679 (hereinafter “GDPR 2016/679”) and Legislative Decree 30 june 2003 No. 196 and subsequent amendments and additions, containing provisions for the protection of individuals and other entities with regard to the processing of personal data, we wish to inform you that the personal data you provide will be processed in accordance with the above-mentioned legislation.
1. Data Controller
The Data Controller is RI.NOVA SOC. COOP., represented by the President and legal representative pro tempore, with registered office at Via Dell'Arrigoni No. 120, 47522 Cesena, Italy.
2. Purpose of Processing
The personal data you provide are necessary to fulfill legal obligations, including proper communication with RI.NOVA SOC. COOP., for fiscal, contractual, and service-related purposes as required or requested.
3. Methods of Processing and Data Retention
Processing will be carried out either automatically and/or manually in accordance with art. 32 of GDPR 2016/679 concerning security measures, by specifically appointed individuals and in compliance with Article 29 of GDPR 2016/679.
We inform you that, in compliance with the principles of lawfulness, purpose limitation, and data minimization as per Article 5 of GDPR 2016/679, and with your free and explicit consent given at the bottom of this notice, your personal data will be stored for the time necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected and processed.
4. Data Disclosure and Dissemination Scope
We also inform you that your data will never be disclosed or shared without your explicit consent, except for necessary communications that may involve transferring data to public authorities, consultants, or other entities for the fulfillment of legal obligations.
5. Transfer of Personal Data
Your data will not be transferred either to EU member states or to non-EU third countries.
6. Special Categories of Personal Data
Pursuant to Articles 9 and 10 of EU Regulation No. 2016/679, you may provide RI.NOVA SOC. COOP. with data that qualifies as "special categories of personal data," such as data revealing “racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, or trade union membership, as well as genetic data, biometric data for the unique identification of a natural person, data concerning health, or data concerning a person’s sex life or sexual orientation.” Such data may only be processed by RI.NOVA SOC. COOP. with your prior, written, and explicit consent as given at the bottom of this notice.
7. Existence of Automated Decision-Making, Including Profiling
RI.NOVA SOC. COOP. does not adopt any automated decision-making processes, including profiling, as referred to in Article 22, paragraphs 1 and 4, of EU Regulation No. 679/2016.
8. Rights of the Data Subject
At any time, you may exercise your rights pursuant to Articles 15 to 22 of EU Regulation No. 2016/679, including the right to:
- request confirmation of the existence or non-existence of your personal data;
- obtain information regarding the purposes of processing, the categories of personal data, the recipients or categories of recipients to whom the personal data have been or will be disclosed, and, where possible, the data retention period;
- request the correction or deletion of data;
- request restriction of processing;
- obtain data portability, i.e., receive data from a data controller in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format, and transmit it to another data controller without hindrance;
- object to processing at any time, including processing for direct marketing purposes;
- object to automated decision-making processes concerning individuals, including profiling;
- request access, rectification, or deletion of personal data, or restriction of processing or objection to processing, as well as the right to data portability;
- withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal;
- lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
9. How to Exercise Your Rights
